Boy, did I have a tough time finishing this page! I love using ink wash for these underwater scenes, but it makes fixing mistakes very challenging. Drawing these pages one at a time, it’s easy to miss continuity errors. I somehow messed up the layout of the floor tiles and forgot that the pedestal was cylindrical when it was revealed a few pages ago. Repairing my mess digitally easily doubled the hours spent on this page and I still didn’t get the floor all the way there. Ah well, time to move on to the next one.
